Canada Bear Hunting Trip (#6)
We offer a fully guided black bear hunt from our main camp located north of Kenora, in Northwest Ontario, Canada. It is a six-day fully guided bear hunting trip. Our exclusive hunting territory is approximately 300 square miles, and we have plenty of active sites that are pre-baited long before our first hunter shows up. With our area being so large we take a variety of vehicles to get you into the sites, either by ATV, Truck or boat. Also, with an exclusive hunting area, we can guarantee a high success rate as we determine how many hunters we have through our area.. Our guides take you to the stands and pick you up. We offer field dressing, trophy care and freezer service as our guides are very professional and courteous. We take a maximum group of four hunters per six day guided bear hunt. We run five groups of hunters through our territory for the season so you should book early.

After you have bagged your Bear, you can relax and fish on us for Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, Pike and jumbo Perch. We have boats and motors for you to use while you are in camp for your hunt.

Most of the hunters fish the mornings before they go out to hunt in the afternoons. Our packages include accommodations, freezer service, boats and motors with gas. Not included in the price is your hunting license, Export Permit, and fishing license.

We are minutes north of Lake of the Woods, on the eastern limit of the North American central flyway. Our area is dotted with lakes, rivers and marshes.
Wild rice grows commonly in most local marshes and provides great feasting for northern flocks on their way to warmer climates.
Because these northern birds have not yet had any hunting pressure at this early stage in their trip south, the birds are large and healthy.
Early season birds consist of mallards, teal, wood ducks, ring-necks, bluebills, Canada Geese. Hunting at this time of year consists of morning and evening shoots, combined with daytime grouse-hunting.

Late season sees large northern mallards, blue-bills, goldeye (buffle-heads) arriving on cold Arctic winds. Large flocks typify the bird patterns at this time of year, and good hunting can be had throughout the day.

Our pulp and paper industry has created literally hundreds of miles of old logging roads and trails throughout the Lake of the Woods area. New overgrowth of poplar and birch now make for excellent grouse habitat.

The most popular method of hunting these trails is either walking or riding an ATV.
Hunting with bird-dogs is very productive.
Possession limits are 5 Ruffed or Spruce grouse/ day, to total of 15.

Group Packages include boats and motors / ATV's / gas/meals and accommodations.
Got your limit?...then you can fish bass for free! (catch-and-release).
